Kristin Jerry-Swarek

Kristin Jerry-Swarek has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2010, they worked as a Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards. In 2014, they served as an Accounting Intern for Automotive Credit Center, Quick Cash Financial Services, and Double Quick Convenience Stores.

In 2015, they worked as a Delta State University Congressional Fellow at the Office of Senator Thad Cochran, where they facilitated meetings, addressed constituent calls and emails, and assisted legislative aids. Concurrently, they also worked as a Price Analyst at Double Quick, Inc., where they adjusted and analyzed pricing and managed FDA compliance projects.

From 2016 to the present, Kristin has been heavily involved in real estate and finance. Kristin co-owns and manages properties at Cedar Lake Properties, LLC, where they are responsible for buying, renovating, and leasing single-family, commercial, and multi-family units. Kristin handles property management and accounting for the company. Additionally, they worked as a Tax Accountant at Sayle, Sandifer, & Associates, LLP, where they processed tax returns and performed monthly write-ups.

From 2018 to 2020, Kristin served as a Controller/CFO at Red Star Oilfield Services, Inc. and Central Pony Express. In these roles, they handled financial control and oversaw financial operations.

Kristin then joined Schneider Engineering, LLC in 2020 as a Financial Controller and subsequently became the Business Operations Manager in 2021. In these positions, they managed administrative departments, ensuring the financial health of the company, and served as the main liaison between electrical project management and accounting departments.

In 2022, Kristin took on the role of VP of Finance at Caden Lane before transitioning to the role of CFO in 2023.

Kristin Jerry-Swarek obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accountancy with a major in Accounting from Delta State University. Kristin pursued this degree between the years 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, in 2012, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, also at Delta State University. Their education journey began at the University of Central Arkansas, where from 2008 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biology.
