Simon Zouki

Simon Zouki is an accomplished AI engineer and researcher with a strong background in natural language processing and machine learning. Currently serving as the Founding AI Engineer at Cadena Platforms since February 2024, Simon previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University, focusing on NLP under the guidance of Professor V.S. Subrahmanian. With experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at Vanguard and Viasat Inc., Simon developed innovative AI systems and achieved first place in a competitive project at Northwestern Kellogg-McCormick. Simon's technical expertise was further solidified through a role at Odoo, where AI applications were integrated into widely used software. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
