Todd Arbuckle has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Todd began their career in 1991, owning and operating their design studio, Todd Arbuckle Design. In this role, they provided a range of design and branding services to local, national, and global Fortune 100 brands.
From 2009 to 2017, Todd worked at Silver Fox Productions, where they developed and implemented visual communication strategies. Todd served as the Senior Designer, Visual Communications Strategist, and Project & Account Manager. Todd'sresponsibilities included art direction, creative direction, account direction, project management, and hands-on production of deliverables.
In 2018, Todd joined Aquent as the Executive Communications Designer and Program Manager for Microsoft. Todd supported top Microsoft executives and cross-functional teams, collaborating on various projects related to branding, graphics, illustrations, templates, and event branding.
Todd joined Synaxis Consulting in 2020, where they held two roles. As the Communications Designer for Microsoft, they collaborated with executives and teams to develop and launch the PIE Brand Central SharePoint resource, designing brand assets and establishing messaging. Todd later became the Executive Communications Designer for Microsoft at Prime 8 Consulting, expanding their role to provide cross-category sales and marketing strategy, messaging, and story craft. Todd worked on critical visual design and communication projects that defined category products, devices, and services.
In 2021, Todd continued their work with Microsoft at Synaxis Consulting as the Sr. Art Director and Sr. Communications Designer. Todd focused on graphic design and provided creative direction for various projects.
Most recently, Todd joined Cadence 3 in 2022 as the Creative Director of the Solutions Team. In this role, they collaborate with multiple Microsoft teams to design and create custom storytelling, marketing, promotional, educational, and event deliverables.
Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated expertise in storytelling, strategy, positioning, visualization, and design thinking. Todd has worked closely with Microsoft and other high-profile clients, delivering impactful and effective design solutions.
Todd Arbuckle attended Bellevue College from 1984 to 1986, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Design and Visual Communications, with a focus on General studies. Afterwards, they furthered their education at The Art Institutes from 1986 to 1988, graduating with an A.A. Degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Seattle. The field of study for both their degrees was Design and Visual Communications.
