Ashley Cantrell

Ashley Cantrell is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR management. Since June 2014, Ashley has held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Employee Relations at Cadence Bank, following several other roles within the same organization, including Director of Employee Relations for Corporate and Vice President, Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Cadence Bank, Ashley served as a Vice President and HR Business Partner at Cadence Bank, N.A., and held various HR-related positions at Superior Bank and Community Bank. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College and a Master's degree in Counseling/Psychology from The University of West Alabama.
