Kevin Delozier

Kevin DeLozier is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in commercial real estate and builder finance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President - Group Head - Builder Finance at Cadence Bank since August 2019, Kevin also holds the position of Managing Partner at Maroon Ventures, LLC since May 2014. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at LegacyTexas, Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Enterprise Partners, LLC, and Co-Founder and EVP of Portfolio Management at BH Capital, LLC. Kevin's extensive experience encompasses senior roles at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where responsibilities included management of non-performing loans and establishing financing offices in Texas. Beginning a career at GuarantyBank, Kevin progressed through various roles, ultimately managing substantial loan commitments and credit proposals. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University.
