Lea Sanders

Lea Sanders has extensive work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Lea started their career at Regions Financial Corporation in 2005 as an Analyst in Investor Relations and later became an Assistant Vice President and Senior Credit Underwriter. In 2009, they joined Carefusion MedMined Services as an Advisor in Financial Planning and Analysis before returning to Regions Financial Corporation as Vice President of Counterparty Risk. In 2012, they moved to Cadence Bank where they held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Credit Risk Reporting, Director of Credit Analytics, and Chief Data Analytics Officer, before becoming the SVP and Chief Data Analytics Officer, their current position.

Lea Sanders earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Northwestern University, where they attended between 1999 and 2003. Lea later pursued higher education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2007 to 2008 with a focus on Business.
