Sandra Surma, CPSD , C.P.M. is currently working as the Director Supplier Diversity at Cadence Bank, N.A. Prior to this role, Sandra held positions as a Strategic Sourcing Manager and VP Purchasing Manager at Zions Bancorporation. With extensive experience in the field, Sandra also served as the VP Enterprise Purchasing Manager at Amegy Bank for over a decade before transitioning to Zions in 2010.
