Shane White

Shane White is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in construction perm lending. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Construction Perm Lending at Cadence Bank since September 2019, Shane oversees the Construction Perm Department to meet strategic objectives and ensure competitive product management. Prior roles include Director of Specialty Mortgage Fulfillment and Senior Vice President of Construction Lending at BBVA, where responsibilities encompassed loan processing, policy development, and management of construction lending programs. Earlier in the career, Shane held positions at New South Federal Savings Bank and Secor Bank, focusing on construction perm lending management.
