Alan Lindstrom

Alan Lindstrom has over 45 years of experience in financial management, investor relations, and economic analysis. Currently serving as the Sr Group Director of Investor Relations at Cadence Design Systems since February 2000, Alan leads the investor relations for a significant engineering software company with a market capitalization exceeding $27 billion. Previous experience includes roles as Director of FP&A at Leasing Solutions, Inc., and Director of Research at Redwood Securities Group, Inc. Alan's career at Pacific Gas and Electric Company spanned over a decade, where various positions included Director of Financing. Alan began a professional journey at Southern Pacific Transportation Company and the California Energy Commission, specializing in equipment finance and energy demand forecasting, respectively. Alan holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, an MA in Economics from Northwestern University, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
