Amol Borkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, marketing, and business development, particularly in the computer vision and AI sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product at Cadence Design Systems, Amol oversees the product lifecycle for Tensilica Vision and AI product lines. Prior experience includes significant roles at Intel Corporation, where Amol managed product strategies for Intel RealSense and engaged in customer interactions across multiple emerging technologies. Amol's educational background includes a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Applied Computer Vision & Image Processing from the Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside an eMBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
