Peter Shepherd

Peter Shepherd is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commissions accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at Cadence Design Systems since October 2007, Peter oversees the management of the Varicent ICM cloud system and has played a key role in implementing the IBM Cognos ICM commissions system. Prior to this role, Peter held positions at Black Angus Steakhouse and the American Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included major software implementations, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. Peter’s career also includes experience in restaurant management and air traffic control, supported by an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a Certificate in Biotechnology Management.
