Keri Rankin has been in the field of Human Resources for over 17 years. Keri started their career as an HR Analyst Intern at the Virginia Department of Transportation in 2004. Keri then moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager at Virginia Panel Corporation from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, Keri joined Cadence Inc. as an HR Corporate Analyst. Keri quickly advanced to the position of Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Most recently, they held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Cadence Inc., providing leadership to the HR team across multiple locations.
Keri Rankin obtained a BBA degree in Human Resources from James Madison University from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Adult Education and Human Resources Development from the same university between 2005 and 2009. In November 2009, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from HRCI.
