Rob Werge

Rob Werge has extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology industry. Rob is currently serving as the President and CEO of Cadence Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Phillips-Medisize as the VP/GM Global Commercial Division from August 2013 to July 2020. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Nypro Inc and Nypro Americas, including Vice President of Emerging Markets from September 2011 to July 2013, VP of Mergers and Acquisitions Group from April 2009 to August 2011, VP of Consumer/Electronics and Automotive for Nypro Americas from September 2007 to April 2009, and Vice President of Sales for Nypro Americas from December 2004 to August 2007.

Rob Werge received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Connecticut from 1985 to 1989. Rob then pursued further education and completed the Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School in 2007 to 2008.
