Yank Lovelace

Yank Lovelace is a prominent figure in both public service and the insurance industry, currently serving as the Mayor of Brewton, Alabama since November 2012 and as Senior Vice President at Cadence Insurance since July 2012. Alongside these roles, Lovelace was the President and CEO of The Securance Group, Inc. from 2004 until October 2022, overseeing the operations of a full-service insurance agency. Additionally, Lovelace held the position of Chairman for the Coast Gateway Economic Development Authority from 2004 to 2009. Educationally, Lovelace's background includes studies at the University of Alabama, the University of the South, and Marion Military Institute, further complemented by participation in Leadership Alabama.
