Shani Newbold has a diverse work experience in executive recruitment, leadership development, and diversity consulting. Shani started their career in 2007 as a Consultant at Opus Search Partners. In 2009, they joined Green Park Interim & Executive Resourcing as the Head of Executive Search, where they developed a business strategy, recruited a team, and managed new business development. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner at Cadence Partners, where they employed evidence-based processes to identify talent across various sectors. Additionally, Shani has been a Fellow at The RSA since 2016, contributing to their mission of enriching society through ideas and action.
Shani Newbold completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Law with a Second Class Honors at Lancaster University from 1995 to 1998. Shani'sfield of study included Law, Business Management, Human Capital Management, Marketing, and Economics.
