Mitchell Kent is a seasoned professional in property development and engineering, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Development at Cadence Property Group since July 2015. In this role, Mitchell leads the development team, overseeing projects such as land subdivisions and turnkey facilities within the Australian industrial and commercial sectors. Previously, Mitchell held multiple positions including Senior Development Manager at Cadence and Structural Engineer at Beca, where responsibilities included project analysis and design.
