Ignacia Rosas has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ignacia started their career as a Sales Representative at Clarísimo App, a startup EdTech company, where they focused on finding leads and promoting sales. Ignacia then joined Red de Tutores Universitarios as a Sales & Operations Manager, overseeing a group of people and developing processes to achieve goals in a student-run educational and technology solution provider. Ignacia also worked as a Project Coordinator for a freelance position, handling administrative tasks, such as organizing events, database and software migration, and maintaining website information. Ignacia later joined Thoughtworks as a Talent Operations Coordinator, where they were responsible for scheduling tasks, candidate pipeline management, and effective communication with stakeholders. Currently, Ignacia is working at Event Cadence as a Customer Success Coordinator.

Ignacia Rosas completed their education from 2015 to 2016 at the Joffrey Ballet School-American Ballet Center, where they obtained a Trainee degree in Dance. Ignacia then attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2016 to 2021 and earned a Grado en Humanidades degree in Geography. In 2018, they briefly studied at Stockholm University through the Erasmus program but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, Ignacia Rosas obtained certifications in various fields, including Introduction to UI and UX Design Course and Learn How to Code Course from Codecademy in September 2022. Ignacia also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge Assessment English, which they obtained in November 2021. In September 2020, they obtained the Instructora de Vinyasa Yoga certification from Mandala Chile Yoga.
