Jed Lipinski is a seasoned podcaster and producer with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a podcaster for Audacy, Inc., Lipinski created and hosted the true-crime podcast "Gone South," which gained significant recognition in the Apple podcast charts. Previous roles include Senior Producer for the Netflix series "Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal," and producing the Audible podcast series "Meltdown" about the 2008 financial crisis. Lipinski also contributed to notable projects such as "The Pharmacist," "Fyre Fraud," and "Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story," all of which received critical acclaim. Earlier journalistic experience includes public health and criminal justice reporting for NOLA.com and contributions to various publications such as The New York Times and Mental Floss. Lipinski holds a BA in Biology and English from Bates College and an MFA in Creative Writing from New York University.
