Earl Richards has a vast amount of experience in the gas industry, holding various technical and managerial positions. Earl has worked with companies like Cadent Gas Limited and National Grid, where Earl has been involved in roles related to smart metering, emergency response, and hydrogen village trials. Prior to this, Earl started their career at JRS Plumbing & Heating as a Gas Engineer after completing their apprenticeship in plumbing.
