Alex Popp

Alex Popp is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the advanced advertising and video technology sectors. Currently serving as Lead Technical Support Engineer at Cadent since January 2015, Alex provides specialized support for the Cadent Technology Advanced Advertising System and related products. Concurrently, Alex has also held the position of Technical Support Engineer at Cross MediaWorks since January 2015. Prior to these roles, Alex worked at ARRIS from November 2011 to November 2014 as a System Integration Engineer, where responsibilities included Tier-4 support and critical outage management. Alex's career began at BigBand Networks, where positions included Principal Network Engineer and Senior Technical Support Engineer, focusing on systems integration, customer support, and troubleshooting across major software revisions.
