Seth Carter

Seth Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and integration, currently serving as the Chief Digital & Integration Officer at Cadex since September 2024. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Technology & Collection Sciences at AG Adjustments from January 2020 to September 2024, and Founder of Carter Analytics & Realty Services from May 2016 to December 2019. Additionally, Seth has held academic positions as a Visiting Professor at High Point University and an Adjunct Professor at Wake Forest University School of Business. Prior to these roles, experience includes serving as Chief Scientist at Altisource Labs, Vice President of Consumer Analytics and Consumer Psychology at Altisource, and Director of Consumer Psychology at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Seth's early career involved academia as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at High Point University.
