Joel DeGrands

Joel DeGrands is currently serving as the SVP of Sales Operations at Cadmium since January 2021. Previously, Joel held the position of Chief Operations Officer at DLC Solutions from February 2002 to January 2021. Before that, Joel worked as the Director of Webcasting Technologies at HealthAnswers, Inc. from February 1997 to January 2002. Additionally, Joel has experience working as a Network Monitor at AOL from September 1996 to February 1997. Joel obtained a MA in Communications from George Mason University from 2000 to 2004, and attended the American School of Paris from 1986 to 1990.
