Violaine Iglesias has over 18 years of professional experience in the publishing, media, and localization industries. In 2018, they became the CEO & Co-founder of Cadmore Media. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Business Development for GVPi. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Manager of Online Product Development for SAGE Publications, where they oversaw the development of various online products. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Freelance Translator for Editions Flammarion/Editions First-Gründ. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Senior Business Analyst for the $600 million publishing division of Random House USA. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Business Analyst for Editions Flammarion. From 2002 to 2006, they were the Translation Project Manager for Planeta deAgostini for UNESCO Publishing, where they recruited and managed a team of 15 freelance translators and controlled a €300,000 budget. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Technical Assistant for Ecole Supérieure d'Interprètes et de Traducteurs. In 2001, they also worked as an Intern for Video Game Localization for ExeQuo.

Violaine Iglesias obtained a Specialized Master's Degree in Management for the Publishing Industry from ESCP Business School from 2005 to 2006. From 1999 to 2003, they earned a Master's Degree in Editorial, Economical and Technical Translation from ESIT - École Supérieure d’Interprètes et de Traducteurs. From 1998 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Language and Civilization from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
