From 2002 to 2006, they were the Translation Project Manager for Planeta deAgostini for UNESCO Publishing, where they recruited and managed a team of 15 freelance translators and controlled a €300,000 budget. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Technical Assistant for Ecole Supérieure d'Interprètes et de Traducteurs. In 2001, they also worked as an Intern for Video Game Localization for ExeQuo.
Violaine Iglesias obtained a Specialized Master's Degree in Management for the Publishing Industry from ESCP Business School from 2005 to 2006. From 1999 to 2003, they earned a Master's Degree in Editorial, Economical and Technical Translation from ESIT - École Supérieure d’Interprètes et de Traducteurs. From 1998 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Language and Civilization from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
