Dan Zhu is an accomplished investor with extensive experience in real estate and development projects. Currently serving as an investor at SpaceX since May 2019 and at Cadre since August 2017, Dan has contributed to significant investments including Series K and multifamily, office, and Opportunity Zone projects. As a managing partner at MYDAS since October 2012, Dan has focused on sourcing and managing real estate investments. Additionally, Dan has been an EB-5 investor with the Lam Group since February 2014, participating in the development of key hotel projects in New York City. Dan holds a Master's degree in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Investment from Central University of Finance and Economics.
