Ross Ceballo

Ross Ceballo is a seasoned technology professional with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as the Tech Lead for Infra and DevOps on the SRE team at Cadre, Ross has successfully managed teams, created comprehensive roadmaps, and led significant codebase migrations. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Northwestern Mutual, where Ross developed monitoring tools for performance metrics, and as Site Reliability Engineer at Con Edison, where Ross built custom software and monitoring tools utilizing Python. Ross has also held leadership roles at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, overseeing multiple teams and developing key resources, and performed extensive DevOps practices at Limosys Software. Ross holds a degree from the University at Albany, completed in 2013.
