Julianna Presley

Julianna Presley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julianna currently works at Cadre5 as the Director of Talent and Program Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Talent and Program Manager at Cadre5.

Before joining Cadre5, Julianna worked at Verana Health as the Manager of People and Culture. In this role, they were responsible for assembling and activating clinical databases to enhance evidence generation and medical research.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Technical Recruiter and Talent Consultant at Cadre5, where they were involved in building customized enterprise and scientific software. Julianna also worked at M Force Staffing as a Contracts Manager for Oak Ridge National Laboratory and later as the Technology Recruiting Director, overseeing the recruitment efforts for technical professionals.

Julianna's experience also includes working at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Talent Acquisition Partner, specializing in recruiting information technology and computer science professionals. Julianna began their career at Vaco as an Operations Manager/Technical Recruiter/Business Development Executive and later at Tek Systems as a Sales Manager/Technical Recruiter/Business Development Executive.

With a strong background in talent management, program management, and technical recruiting, Julianna has gained valuable experience in the software development, healthcare, and research industries.

Julianna Presley completed their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. From 1991 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a major in Human Resources Development. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same institution from 1995 to 1996, completing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
