Joe Stage has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Joe started as a Tool Inspection at Wilbert Plastic Services in 2006, where they conducted tool inspections and performed FAIRS and PPAPs for new products. Joe then worked as a CMM Programmer and Quality Engineer at Cambridge Metals & Plastics from 2010 to 2014, developing manufacturing controls and programming CMM inspections. In 2013, they became a Principle Design Engineer at Snocobra, where they designed and produced skies and tracks for the ATV and UTV industry. From 2014 to 2021, they held various quality roles at Tenere Inc., including Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Manager. In 2020, they became a Fire & Technical Rescue Instructor at Northwood Technical College. Currently, Joe works as the Director of Quality - Metals Operations at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, where they align quality practices and processes and provides customers with a top-notch experience.

Joe Stage attended Century College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Engineering CAD Technologies. In 2009, they also enrolled at WITC, pursuing an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting. The end year for their studies at WITC is not provided.
