Rashidah O.'s work experience begins in 2022 at The Center of Applied Data Science (CADS), where they undergo training as a Data Analyst for two months. Rashidah then completes a one-year on-the-job training program to finish the CADS Data Star training. During this time, Rashidah improves their soft skills such as teamwork, communication, data visualization, data storytelling, and learning various database platforms.

In the same year, Rashidah joins the Centre for Future Labour Market Studies (EU-ERA) as a Junior Economist. Although it is a different field from their statistics background, they take it as a challenge and successfully completes all assigned tasks. Rashidah also handles registration for an international conference titled The IIOA Conference 2022, organizing participants from around the world and preparing the necessary information using Google Forms.

Before that, in 2022, Rashidah works as a Research Assistant at EUERA from March to July. Additionally, in June and July, they serve as an Enumerator at Universiti Teknologi MARA.

Rashidah O. obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Statistics from Universiti Teknologi MARA in the years 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma of Education in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university from 2017 to 2020. In 2012 to 2016, Rashidah attended mrsm kubang pasu, although the degree name and field of study for that period are not provided.
