Bill Outlaw has over 17 years of work experience. Bill began their career in 2002 as a Teaching Assistant at New College of Florida. In 2005, they moved to Southern Biologics as a Shipping/Receiving Supervisor. In 2007, they took on the role of Contract Administrator at Signal Innovations Group. In 2008, they became a Data Entry Technician at Recall. In 2012, they were hired as a Senior Analyst at Astadia. In 2016, they became a Member Service Representative at AvMed. In 2017, they were hired as an IT Service and Support Analyst at Caduceus International Publishing Inc. Finally, in 2019, they took on the role of Service and Support Manager at CIP Courses.

Bill Outlaw completed a Bachelor of Arts in British and American Literature from New College of Florida in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Gulf Coast Community College, where they studied Journalism.
