Susan Finkelman

Susan Finkelman has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Susan started their career in 1994 as a Senior Software Consultant at 360Commerce, where they worked on Point-of-Sale and Retail Kiosk Development. In 2000, they joined Applied Theory as a Senior Staff Software Developer, where they led technical and creative teams to successful completion of projects for a diverse client base. In 2002, they worked as a Consultant and Business Analyst at the Texas Education Agency. In 2003, they worked at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic School as a Technology Teacher for grades 3-8, where they implemented classroom management skills and developed age-appropriate lesson plans. At the same time, they also worked at Caduceus Systems as an Implementation Manager for Healthcare Materials Management Software, where they managed the development and deployment of software for 10 hospital clients.

Susan Finkelman has a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from The University of Texas at Austin, where their field of study was Information Science. Susan also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where their field of study was Theirtory.
