Alan Lawrence

Alan Lawrence is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in law firms, currently serving as a Partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP since February 2018. Prior to this role, Alan held the position of Partner at Arnold & Porter from December 2009 to February 2018 and returned to Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a Partner after an earlier tenure at the firm from October 1993 to December 2009. Alan began a legal career as an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP from September 1990 to October 1993. Alan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 1990, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Tulane University, completed in 1987.
