Brian Foster

Brian Foster is a Partner in the Financial Services Group at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where since February 2010, representation of financial institutions in various transactional and regulatory matters has been a primary focus. Expertise includes advising both sell-side and buy-side clients on financing transactions involving funds of funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, and other entities such as insurance companies and pension plans. Prior experience includes roles in the Derivatives Group at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and as Vice President at Deutsche Bank in Global Fund Derivatives, as well as previous associate positions at Cadwalader and Jones Day. Brian Foster holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Spanish and Philosophy from Santa Clara University.
