Linda Swartz

Linda Swartz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in tax law. Currently serving as the Chair of the Tax Department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP since June 1999, Linda has cultivated a strong expertise in the field. Prior positions include Senior Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 1995 to 1999 and Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from 1987 to 1995. Linda earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1987, and received a Bachelor's degree from Bucknell University, in attendance from 1980 to 1984. Early education was obtained at Upper St. Clair High School, graduating in 1980.
