Nick Shiren

Nick Shiren is a distinguished legal professional with significant experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Partner and previously as Special Counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP since June 2005, Nick has built a robust career with prior roles as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2001 to 2005 and Clayton Utz from 1997 to 2001. Nick started the legal journey as an Articled Clerk at Gadens Lawyers from 1994 to 1996. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Corporate & Commercial Law from UNSW, attained between 1999 and 2004, and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Laws (Hons) and Commerce from The University of Queensland, completed from 1989 to 1994. Education began at St Peter's Lutheran College, finishing in 1988.
