Philip Khinda is a highly experienced legal professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades in various prestigious roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP since July 2021, Philip has also held the position of Chair of the Ethics and Investigations Subcommittee for the ABA Corporate Governance Committee since 2008 and has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University since 1999. Prior to these roles, Philip was a Partner at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from 2008 to June 2021 and worked as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 1992 to 1996. Philip began the career as an Analyst and Associate at Morgan Stanley from 1987 to 1989. Educationally, Philip holds degrees from Columbia Law School and Columbia College, Columbia University, after graduating from Stuyvesant High School.
