Geoff Bates has extensive experience in sales and business development within the healthcare simulation industry, currently serving as the Specialty Sales Manager for Ultrasound and Surgical at CAE Healthcare since April 2015. In this role, Geoff is responsible for the sales and marketing of advanced ultrasound and surgical products across the United States and Canada, encompassing various technological systems such as simulation and virtual reality tools. Previously, Geoff worked as the Business Development Manager for the U.S. Army and VA Medical Centers, where duties involved selling and supporting medical education systems and training courses. Geoff began the career as a Regional Account Manager at Immersion Medical, focusing on surgical simulation products across multiple states. Education includes an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire.
