Thomas Heard is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing customer installations and coordinating cross-functional teams. Currently employed at CAE Healthcare since June 2018, Thomas oversees all customer installations. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Charter Communications, where responsibilities involved managing key initiatives and tracking KPIs, and at RiskWatch International, LLC, leading a team of developers and IT specialists. Earlier experience as Help-Desk Team Leader at teleNetwork involved managing a remote help desk team, and as IT Support Specialist at BLH, INC, focused on server and workstation maintenance. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Project Management from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee.
