Bernard Nijdam

Bernard Nijdam possesses extensive experience in technical roles within the simulation and database development fields. Currently serving as Technical Lead - Content Creation at CAE since October 2016, Bernard has previously held positions including Senior Technical Professional at CAE, Terrain Database Engineer at Simthetiq, and Software Developer at CAE, where responsibilities included maintaining the World Database product and developing database creation workflows. Additionally, Bernard was a Visual Database Developer at CAE, creating terrain databases for military simulation, and Head of Technical Support at Dr Tax, managing Tier 2 support and conducting training seminars. Bernard holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Bishop's University, completed in 2003.
