Darlene Winterburn

Darlene Winterburn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and training services. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Specialist at CAE since November 2019, Darlene has successfully led audits and is preparing for ISO certification. Previous roles include Executive Director at the BC Shellfish Growers Association and Director of Professional and Executive Search at HumanEdge Global, where Darlene focused on recruitment and client relationships. Darlene has also held positions in change management and training documentation at Enbridge Pipelines, ATCO Group, and ATCO Electric, demonstrating a strong background in managing training and implementing change across various organizations. Darlene holds a BA in English and Linguistics from the University of Victoria and several leadership and facilitation certificates from respected institutions.
