Doug Fuller

Doug Fuller, CM, is an experienced program manager currently serving as the Program Manager for Fighter-Trainer-Attack-International Programs at CAE in Arlington, TX since July 2021. Prior to this role, Doug held a similar position at L3Harris Technologies from August 2018 to June 2021. Doug's extensive experience at Lockheed Martin spanned over 12 years, where key contributions included executing a significant Systems Security Engineering budget for the F-35 program and leading various multinational projects such as the development of F-35 simulators in the UK. Doug's earlier career included a program management role at SAIC and various leadership positions in the USAF, focusing on training operations and mission planning. Educational qualifications include Master’s degrees in Operations Research and Aerospace Engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
