Marie-Christine Cloutier

Vice President - Civil Strategy, Performance & Marketing at CAE

Marie-Christine Cloutier has a strong background in various leadership roles in different industries. Marie-Christine started their career in 2001 as a Project Manager at Montreal International. Marie-Christine then worked at Artec Technologies as the Managing Director from 2005 to 2007. Cloutier later joined Bodycote Testing Group as a Business Development Manager. In 2008, they joined Sonaca where they held positions such as Program Director and Manager of Programs & Business Development. In 2015, Cloutier joined Bombardier as the A220 Program Director and Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO). Marie-Christine managed a team of 100 people and successfully negotiated critical partnerships with Airbus. After working at Bombardier, Cloutier joined CAE where they held various positions, including the Director of Performance & Strategic Growth and Vice President of Civil Global Business Performance & Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Civil Strategy, Performance & Marketing at CAE. In addition to their work at CAE, they had a temporary role as the Director of Regroupement des Entreprises pour la Vaccination at the Ministère de la santé et des services sociaux in 2021, where they coordinated the efforts of Quebec-based companies in support of the vaccination campaign.

Marie-Christine Cloutier earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from HEC Montréal from 1996 to 1999. Marie-Christine then pursued a Masters Degree in International Business at École Supérieure de Commerce de Tours à Poitiers from 1999 to 2000.
