Marissa Shiwdayal

Marissa Shiwdayal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marissa'smost recent position is as a Cybersecurity Transformation Lead at CAE since 2022. Prior to that, they served as an IT Security Project/Program Manager II at CAE from 2022 to 2023. Before joining CAE, Marissa worked at Stingray as a Cybersecurity Project Manager and Digital Transformation (Salesforce) Project Manager from 2020 to 2022. Marissa also gained experience at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they held the role of Senior Associate - Project Manager, Digital Engine Services from 2018 to 2020, and as Customer Engineering Intern from 2017 to 2017. Additionally, they worked at Esterline CMC Electronics as a Project Control Lead in Advanced Displays from 2017 to 2018 and at Gastops as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2017. Marissa started their career as an intern at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they held roles in Customer Engineering and Quality Engineering from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Glatfelter in 2014. Marissa's earliest work experience was at Hillside Pediatrics as a Medical Secretary from 2010 to 2013.

Marissa Shiwdayal is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Project Management from Université Laval. Marissa is also studying part-time for a Certificate in Cyberinvestigation at Polytechnique Montréal. Marissa has previously completed a Certificate in Cybersecurity Architecture & Management as well as a Microprogram in Networking and Security from Polytechnique Montréal. Marissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Management from Polytechnique Montréal. Marissa has obtained various certifications including The A Effect - Ambition Challenge, Certified in Cybersecurity, CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP), ITIL 4 Foundation, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).
