Matt Lee

Matt Lee is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Manager of Training Services and Deputy Center Leader at CAE since October 2019, overseeing training programs for major European airlines. Previously, Matt held various roles including A320/330/350 Simulator and Ground Instructor and Training Manager at CAE, where responsibilities included delivering technical training on Airbus A320 aircraft. With a background as a Founder Director of Uplift Drones, Matt specialized in commercial drone training and certification. Prior experience includes positions as a 747 First Officer at British Airways and Senior First Officer at Monarch Airlines and easyJet, amassing over 6000 flight hours. Matt has also contributed to the aviation industry as a Director for ARPAS-UK, representing the association in industry standards policy. Educationally, Matt holds a B Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
