Maya Hourani

Maya Hourani is an experienced human resources executive with a focus on global compensation and operations. Currently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources at CAE Inc since November 2018, Maya has previously held senior leadership positions in compensation strategy and human resources at Molson Coors from September 2010 to April 2018, where responsibilities included the oversight of North American compensation programs and HR operations in Canada. Earlier career experiences include roles at Morneau Sobeco and Watson Wyatt, specializing in retirement plans. Maya holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval and is a Fellow of both the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
