Sonia Czarski

Sonia Czarski, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in management and business development within the aviation and training sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at CAE, Sonia oversees the Montreal Training Center and Bombardier OEM ATP, as well as aftermarket programs and growth. Prior to CAE, Sonia held various managerial roles at Bombardier, where responsibilities included leading customer experience and digital strategy initiatives, managing customer services for parts, and steering strategy and business development for Aerostructures and Engineering Services. With a foundational role as a financial analyst and audit supervisor early in her career, Sonia's diverse skill set encompasses strategic planning, relationship management, and operational excellence. Sonia earned an MBA in Management and International Business from HEC Montréal.
