Todd Leach

Todd Leach is an experienced aviation professional with a focus on flight instruction and operational training. Currently serving as Delta flight commander at CAE USA since March 2024 and a certified flight instructor at CAE Doss Aviation since July 2021, Todd provides comprehensive flight, ground, and standardization training to U.S. Air Force officers. As a member owner of Red Tail Aviation LLC, Todd, along with Kelsi Leach, offers primary and tailwheel training to aspiring aviators. Previous roles include flight instructor at L3Harris Technologies, part-time ag pilot at Jet Stream AG Aviation Inc, and first officer in training at SkyWest Airlines. Todd has also held positions as an instructor pilot at L3 Doss Aviation and a certified flight instructor at Colorado Northwestern Community College. Todd holds an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Technology from Colorado Northwestern Community College.
