Xavier Bordeleau st-Cyr

Xavier Bordeleau St-Cyr, CRIA, currently serves as a Compensation Partner at CAE since January 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Conseiller, talents et culture at the Port of Montreal from December 2017 to January 2025, focusing on recruitment, compensation, and equity assessment. Earlier experience includes an internship in labor relations at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where Xavier contributed to collective agreement implementation, demographic analysis, and HR support. Additional roles include customer service representative and manual labor positions at The Martin-Brower Company and Hewitt Équipement Ltée. Xavier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain, and a DEC in Technology of Ordinary Systems from Collège Gérald-Godin.
