Caelion is a Canadian energy efficiency firm providing program delivery, strategic advisory, and energy engineering services to utilities, government agencies, and institutional clients across Canada.

We were founded by energy professionals who saw a persistent gap in the market: organizations pursuing ambitious energy efficiency goals needed partners who could see the full picture, not just one piece of it. Program delivery was disconnected from engineering expertise. Strategy was disconnected from operations. Technology was disconnected from the people using it. Caelion was built to bridge those gaps.

We bring depth and breadth of energy expertise from both the provider and the consumer perspective -- technical insight, strategic planning, policy awareness, and practical implementation experience, all in one place.

Our delivery is powered by a purpose-built program management platform with over five years in production and more than $85 million in programs administered. We bring modern tools and approaches not because they're new, but because they produce better outcomes.

We support our clients across the full program lifecycle: from design and measure development through application intake, participant engagement, incentive management, quality assurance, measurement and verification, and reporting.

We work with clients, not for them. Their constraints are our constraints. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
