James Bauer has extensive experience in business operations and proposal management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Caelum Research Corporation since July 2004. Prior roles at Caelum Research Corporation included Vice President and Director of Proposal Operations. Prior to joining Caelum Research Corporation, James Bauer worked at Honeywell Technology Solutions from 1977 to 2003 as a Senior Proposal Manager. James Bauer began a career in the U.S. Army - INSCOM as a Systems Analyst from June 1974 to June 1977.
