James Rentz

James Rentz has had a long and successful career in business development and logistics. From 1996 to 2006 they served in the US Army, culminating in their role as Chief Operating Officer (Commander, U.S. Army Materiel Command Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA)). From 2003 to 2005 they served as Chief of the Initiatives Group at Army G-4 and then Deputy Director of Logistics Readiness (G-43) from 2005 to 2006. In 2010 they joined Metters Industries as Director of Logistics and System Engineering Solutions and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2012. In 2014 they became Executive Vice President at Federal Marketing Alliance and in 2015 they moved to Caelum Research Corporation as Director of DoD Business Development, a role they held until 2016 when they joined National Technologies Associates, Inc. as Director of Business Development - Army. Throughout their career, James Rentz has reported directly to senior executives and served as a key member of the executive team, developing strategic plans and anticipating/reacting to changes in the environment.

James Rentz received their BSBA in Business Administration from The Citadel in 1980. James then attended the Systems Automation Management Course (Functional Area 53) in 1985 and graduated. In 1991, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and received their C&GSC Graduate certification. In 1998, they returned to the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College and earned their Masters in Military Arts & Science.
